28 de May de 2026RECOBATS – First annual meeting
On May 21st, the annual consortium meeting of the RECOBATS project took place, bringing together the 11 Spanish partner organizations. The meeting was held in person at the facilities of Ecointegral.
During the session, partners presented the most relevant progress achieved during the first year of the project, as well as key results obtained across the different research lines. The meeting also served as a collaborative forum to discuss and define upcoming challenges and to establish the priority actions for the next project year.
On behalf of Apria, Deva Pelayo and Javier Pinedo attended and presented the following advances:
- State-of-the-art analysis for the identification of operational conditions, highlighting EDBM and CAED technologies.
- State-of-the-art review for the selection of natural Deep Eutectic Solvents.
- Adaptation of operational conditions to synthetic streams, together with a short-term experimental proposal using NMC black mass.
- Design proposal for an optimized and upscaled system based on a stacked EDBM cell configuration.
The meeting was also attended by representatives from the consortium partners, including Envirobat, Beecycle, DGH, Recyclia, FCC Ámbito, AIMEN, CIIAE, CETIM and CENIM, alongside Apria and Ecointegral.
