Customized design: electrocoagulation cell ELOXlab100

April 21 is International Creativity and Innovation Day, a perfect date to share one of our most recent and special developments: the ELOXlab100, an electrocoagulation cell designed and manufactured entirely customized for one of our customers.

Within our electrochemistry product line, this equipment represents an evolution in terms of design, versatility and functionality.

A technical challenge with a creative approach

From the beginning of the project, the objective was clear: to create a cell that would allow the number of electrodes to be varied according to experimental or process needs. This was a challenge in terms of mechanical design and electrical configuration, but also an opportunity for innovation. The challenge: to design a system that offered real flexibility without compromising efficiency and technical robustness.

The result: a versatile and functional cell.

The result is the ELOXlab100, a modular cell capable of accommodating between 2 and 8 electrodes, with an anodic surface area configurable from 100 to 400 cm². This adaptability makes it an ideal tool for comparative studies, process scale-up and optimization tests in electrochemical treatments. In addition, the design has been optimized for ease of use, maintenance and cleaning, key aspects for R&D laboratories and pilot facilities.
