A photobench LED275-8a plant has been delivered to our client, Eurecat.
This system includes:
- Mirror-finish borosilicate annular photoreactor:
- Internal radiation (inner annulus, 4 strips)
- UV-C LEDs with adjustable intensity and self-cooling
- Ozone system
- Chemical dosing system
- Continuous “online” measurement of pH, T, ORP and conductivity
- Instrumentation to control flow and pressure
- Temperature control by heat exchanger
- Operation by PLC
- Control and maneuver electrical cabinet
- Assembly mounted on an aluminium frame
