REAMINE – Progress at the Betsaide facilities

As part of the LIFE REAMINE project, new activities have been carried out at the Betsaide facilities in Elorrio (Spain), aiming to advance the development of innovative solutions for compound recovery in industrial processes.

During this phase, the Apria team performed gas sampling in the steel core manufacturing process, a key step to validate the sampling methodology and ensure the reliability of subsequent analyses.

These activities contribute to the development of technologies focused on the selective recovery of amines, supporting the reduction of emissions associated with these industrial processes.

The work was conducted in collaboration with Azterlan and Betsaide, ensuring proper monitoring of concentrations and validation of analytical methods under real operating conditions.

The LIFE REAMINE project focuses on developing innovative solutions for reducing MNVOC emissions in foundries through amine recovery, contributing to more sustainable industrial practices.
