First general assembly of the RES2H2 project

The RES2H2 consortium meets for the first time at ICFO to exchange views and perspectives about the project, its progress, the current outcomes and the next steps and challenges in extracting hydrogen from wastewater with the use of renewable energies.

On Wednesday, January 30th, the consortium of RES2H2 gathered in person at ICFO, for the first time. The team consolidated the goals of the project, reviewed its status and current outcomes, and shared perspectives and new ideas on how to proceed with the next steps.

During the morning, the consortium partners from ICFO, DAM Group and the companies Sixsenso, Technologies S.L. and Apria Systems S.L., each gave an overview of their respective tasks and work packages. Later in the afternoon, they had the opportunity to visit the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP or EDAR for Estación Depuradora de Aguas Residuales) in Montornès del Vallès, in the metropolitan area of Barcelona.
