APRIA Systems is proud to announce that our innovative bicycle prototype powered by hydrogen fuel cells was the winner of the challenge “Bicycle power by Hydrogen Fuel Cells” in the 1st edition of Aveiro Urban Challenges. The programme awarded the best ideas and solutions to resolve urban issues in the area of environment, mobility and energy. The bicycle prototype was developed in the frame of the European project PEMFCSudoe, leaded by the Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering Department of the University of Cantabria. Next step will include a joint venture with interested stakeholders to develop a street cleansing bicycle to be tested in Aveiro.
