APPLICATION AREA
Treatment and reutilization of marine and brackish water in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS).

CHARACTERISTICS

- Specie cultivated for validation: turbot (20 kg/m3).

- Cultive tanks: 2 units (Vtotal = 8 m3).

- Maximun treatment flow: 20 m3/h.

- Pre-filtration system: drum filter, microglass filter, and cartridge filter.

- Skimmer.

- Buffer tank.

- Two ELOXIRAS® reactors with a maximun treatment capacity of 10 m3/h each one and one rectifier per reactor.

- Heat pump.

- Post-treatment with activated carbon.

- Degassing unit.

- Instrumentation for flow and pressure control.

- Continuous online measurament of pH, temperature, O2, total Cl2,and total ammoniacal nitrogen.

- PLC cabinet.

- Control systems of the energy consumption.

- Remote control via web browser (smartphone, tablet, and computer).

- Buffer tank.

- Four ELOXIRAS® reactors with a maximun treatment capacity of 12.5 m3/h each one and three rectifiers.

- Heat pump.

- Post-treatment with activated carbon.

- Degassing unit.

- Instrumentation for flow and pressure control.

- Continuous online measurament of pH, temperature, O2, total Cl2,and total ammoniacal nitrogen.
